Mellow Minded Café

Small café that offers vegan options such as a Vegetarian BLT with tempeh and vegenaise, a black bean burger, and their “Mellow Bellow”, which is a balsamic infused portabella with hummus and slaw. They also serve black bean tacos, a small hummus plate, a Power Plate with an option to add tempeh, and a veggie fajita (omit sour cream). On weekends within a certain time frame, vegan quinoa pancakes are available.
