August’s Book Club Meeting will be a a little different – we will be reading a cook book – This Cheese Is Nuts! by Julie Piatt.
Vegan cheese is one of those things that astounds people when it is good – let’s perfect our vegan cheese skills together to wow our friends and family at the next get-together!

Bring a cheese/recipe from the book to the meeting. This will be a pot-luck style meeting in Rissa’s parent’s new kitchen in East York. Rissa’s mom has offered to make us a free-to-guests vegan meal consisting of a burger, corn on the cob, salad and pie for dinner. We will discuss the book and possibly make a cheese together.
