This Event Has Sold Out

Join us for a vegan cheeze making demonstration in the barn at Lancaster Farm Sanctuary. All proceeds from the class will benefit Harvest Vegfest York. This class is presented by Animal Advocates of South Central PA, ScPA Vegan Drinks and Lancaster Farm Sanctuary. There are 30 available tickets for this event.

Amber St. Clare Grebinger will demo 3 types of cheezes from the The Non-Dairy Evolution Cookbook by Skye Michael Conroy:

  • Mozzarella style
  • Beer cheeze
  • Cultured, possibly bleu cheeze

Each attendee will receive 1 wine ticket. Wine selection provided by ScPA Vegan Drinks. We will also have homemade lemonade and iced tea.

Attendees are welcome to BYOB.

Crackers and fruit will be served alongside cheeze.

Everyone will be able to take home a jar of beer cheeze.
