It is inherently cruel to force feed an animal to the point of incapacitation and early death. We are standing up against having it on menus in Central Pennsylvania.
There is no way to produce this so-called delicacy without harming animals, the environment, and human health. We are asking local restaurants to be bold examples of moral caliber among fine dining establishments in the area by removing this item from their menus.
How YOU can help: If you find foie gras on the menu at a restaurant you are dining at, please ask them to take it off of their menu indefinitely either in person, on a suggestion card or via email. The ducks and geese who are subjected to immense horror every single day to produce foie gras need us to speak up for them!
