DESCRIPTION:Date: Sunday June 10\nTime: Class 2:00-4:00 pm\nFarm tour / animal meet & greet will commence after class!!!\nWhere: Lancaster Farm Sanctuary\, 558 Milton Grove Rd South\, Elizabethtown\, Pennsylvania 17022\nCost: $35.00\, additional $15.00 if you would like to purchase the cookbook.\n**Tickets will be available at the end of April** \nJoin us for a vegan cheeze making demonstration in the barn at Lancaster Farm Sanctuary. All proceeds from the class will benefit Animal Advocates of South Central PA. This class is presented by the Animal Advocates of SCPA\, ScPA Vegan Drinks and Lancaster Farm Sanctuary. There are 30 available tickets for this event. \nAmber St. Clare Grebinger will demo 3 types of cheezes from the The Non-Dairy Evolution Cookbook by Skye Michael Conroy:\n– Mozzarella style\n– Beer cheeze\n– Cultured style\, possibly bleu cheeze \nEach attendee will receive 1 wine ticket. Wine selection provided by ScPA Vegan Drinks. We will also have homemade lemonade and iced tea.\nAttendees are welcome to BYOB.\nCrackers\, fruit and baked goods will be served alongside cheeze.\nEveryone will take home a jar of (super delicious!) beer cheeze.

Afterwards\, pop around the corner for the opening reception for two new exhibits at our main gallery at 10 N Beaver Street\, from 6-8pm \nWe will also be open on First Friday from 5-9 pm with tasty catered treats from Z Wild Vegans. Both Thursday (3/1) and Friday (3/2) will be a silent auction.
